Marketing Coordinator for Main Financial Group in Brighton, MI
Main Financial Group, a full-service income planning, wealth management and tax-efficient strategies firm located in Brighton, Michigan is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to contribute to the growth and profitability of our company by supporting our marketing efforts. Prior experience in marketing, planning, event management, and project management is a plus.
- Assist with the coordination of marketing communications and creative design via email campaigns via Splashbot Drip CMS
- Maintain and monitor postings to all our social media outlets (webpage, Facebook postings, Twitter, etc)
- Schedule and maintain Podcast recordings and postings
- Be the point of contact for scheduling interviews for book and article publications
- Be able to schedule radio ad recordings and be radio station contact
- Involved in our seminars-PowerPoint, set-up, tracking, etc.
- Be able to track marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of the different campaigns
- Coordinate external events, including vendor relationships, internal and external customer communications, database tracking, equipment/supply inventory, registration, and overall pre-and-post conference planning
- All other duties as assigned
This job seems much more complex due to the amount of software systems you have to have previous knowledge in. I can use Power point but not familiar with Excel, which this company prefers experience in.
