Sales/Event Coordinator for Regent Hotel and Suites in Ann Arbor, MI.
The Ann Arbor Regent Hotel and Suites is an affordable 3-star hotel that is located just a few miles from the University of Michigan, Eastern Michigan University, Concordia University and Washtenaw Community College. We are currently seeking a Sales & Events Coordinator to join our friendly and reliable team.
- Prepare proposals and contracts required by sales managers in a timely fashion
- Oversee all night and weekend events
- Prepare sales kits
- Input information into various outlets (RoomKey, SalesPro, sales call list, sales report) for sales tracking and efficiency
- Research potential new business
- Create group resumes
- Maintain office files in an organized manner
- Perform administrative efforts necessary to complete tasks
This job ask for at least one year of hotel experience. This is not something that would help me going into other careers. A job that asks for only a degree and gaining experience is what I am looking for.
