For the love of Island Noodles
If you’re walking around a festival and you see an Island Noodles booth you MUST go. This is the highest quality food I have had at any music festival. Best defined on the Island Noodles Facebook – “Island Noodles utilizes freshly made Yaki-Soba noodles, made with buckwheat, traditionally served in Hawaii. These noodles are stir-fried with fresh garlic, fresh ginger, a medley of 21 fresh vegetables, three of which are seasonal, in specially designed wok stove units. These ingredients are then simmered in a secret light island sauce. The outcome is a unique noodle dish with a high flavor profile using no dairy, nuts, or meat products.” Having healthier alternatives at festivals are needed. Being on a four day bender while eating fried foods and drinking carbonated beverages is dangerous. Food is necessary fuel when at any festival, because the weather is always hot and this takes a lot out of you. Although the line at Island Noodles is ALWAYS long my one wish to you as a reader is please try it!!! From my experience I have had Island Noodles at Lost Lands 2019 and Mopop 2019.
